Shredders use square-shaped concave blades that provide a high-quality result. The blades of these machines can be turned over when one of their sides is worn.
All Zerma grinders have an E-Type flat rotor and the blades are fixed to special blade holders, located in machine cavities. These machines can be equipped with optional parts that diminish their wear even in processes of highly abrasive materials.

Grinder Series GSL
Machine grinders for light applications in the injection industry such as castings and small parts.
Power: From 2.2 to 18.5 kW.
Detail: The rotor is driven directly by a gearmotor. The low rotor speed generates less noise and dust during the granulation process. The different types of hoppers and frames allow integrating these mills to most injection machines and robots.
Grinder Series GST
Grinders that occupy little space with good production results.
Power: From 7.5 to 30 kW.
Detail: For cut crushers there are different rotor variants available depending on the tasks they perform. All rotors are equipped with V-shaped geometry. The result is a high-quality and very fine ground material.
Grinder Serie GSE
Compact grinders for the industry of injection and blowing suitable for plastic profiles, drums, bottles, etc.
Power: From 7.5 to 75 kW.
Detail: They also have automatic dragging devices for continuous crushing. GSE granulators offer several types of rotors that fit different uses. All these rotors have cutting technology “V” which achieves a high quality result.

Grinders Series GSH
Universal grinders for heavy applications such as solid purges, plates, tubes, bumpers, tanks.
Power: 22-2 x 200 kW.
Detail: Suitable for working with water for the crushing of PET bottles. With different options such as higher wear resistance steels. These machines are mainly used for internal recycling of thick-walled parts or for granulating material that has already passed through a crusher and thus increase production. When these machines are used to granulate light materials, such as bottles, production levels increase substantially.
Grinders Series GSP
Grinders for shredding of profiles and pipes up to 6 meters
Power: From 37 to 90 kW.
Detail: They have rotors that reach up to 1400 mm in width and diameters that vary between 560 and 700mm. The “V” cut achieves a high quality granulate and a low percentage of fines in the resulting material. Another feature of this line is that it includes a hopper that opens hydraulically and the external bearings reduce the risk of contamination

The main use of Zerma PM sprayers is to pulverize rigid PVC grinding pipes and profiles at high speed and pressure. When these machines work in conjunction with mills or granulators they achieve an efficient and balanced handling of in-house waste. They are also used to spray polyethylene for rotomoulding. For this type of process a sieve or screen is needed to control the size, distribution and flow of the pulverized material.
