Grinders Mateu & Solé (Mecanofil)
Mateu y Solé S.A. offers a wide range of grinders, made by us, that facilitate the recovery of thermoplastic materials: universal grinder, for cold and hot materials, with manual input, fed by auger or by belt. Maxi-grinders, low speed, for hot material purges, for thermoforming and special grinders adapted to the needs of our customers.
All the grinders of Mateu and Solé S.A. include an automatic rotor locking system built-in. It prevents their turning when entering the crushing chamber. The grinder automatically locks when the mill body is opened. The operator properly trained in maintenance operations, change of blades, etc., will be able to position the rotor in the desired position thus blocking the rotor to prevent its accidental rotation. When the grinder is closed the locking lock of the rotor is automatically unlocked.
All the grinders of Mateu and Solé, S.A. have different screeners according to the needs of each customer. In the same way, we have different types of cutting impellers. Closed, open, straight, sloping or V-cuts with special steel blades that delay the wearing.

Grinder PM Series
Compact grinders specially designed for the recovery of small castings of thermoplastic material at the foot of the machine.
Power: Of 1.9 kW.
Detail: It is presented in normal and soundproof version. Also in version with forced feed through endless screw.

Grinder EM Series
Low speed grinders special for small castings of plastic material. Powered by handlers, robots or manually.
Power: From 1.5 to 4 kW.
Detail: It is presented in normal version and in version with forced feeding by means of endless screw (See S Series)
Grinder S Series
Compact mills specially designed for the recovery of small and large castings of thermoplastic material at the foot of the machine by forced feeding by endless screw.
Power: From 1.9 to 9.2 kW. In the low speed version (EM S) 1.5 kW.
Detail: It is presented in normal and soundproof version.
Grinder ESTANDAR Series
396/5000
Compact and robust grinder specially designed for the recovery of any thermoplastic material from injection, blowing or thermoforming extrusion and film.
Power: From 2.2 to 75 kW.
Detail: It is presented in a normal and soundproof version in the whole range with the exception of the 70/95 model which in its soundproof version must be installed a soundproof cabin.
Grinder CB Series
The CB series grinders are designed for the crushing of both extrusion-blowing castings and containers as well as cold parts from other processing techniques
Power: From 2.5 to 45 kW.
Detail: It is presented in normal and soundproof version.
Grinder HC Series
The HC series grinders are designed for the recovery of extrusion purges, profiles or tubes of great thickness, bales of fibers and film reels, castings of injection and blowing.
Power: From 45 to 165 kW.
Detail: It is presented in normal and soundproof version with the exception of the 68/71 model, which in its soundproof version must be installed a soundproof booth
